Simple artwork or logo layout is included with an order and we’re happy to say this means no artwork charges on most TShirt orders!
Sometimes though there are prints where significant artwork changes are necessary; artwork needs to be created from scratch, or there are extensive quality touch-ups required and our courtesy artwork won’t be enough.
When that happens – we’ve got excellent artists who aren’t going to over-charge you! When it’s necessary to do extensive artwork, we keep costs minimal make the process easy. With Ottawa Custom Clothing artwork for your TShirts is a flat rate of 25$ for the majority of extensive image alterations.

With Ottawa Custom Clothing the process is simple.
We can ballpark an order with less, but to fully quote an order accurately and provide our lowest price tshirt printing or embroidery option, we will require the style of apparel you’re interested in; the quantity of shirts, the color, and the sizes. Beyond that we need the artwork (as an attachment preferably) and of course – the preferred delivery address for your TShirts to be sent to once they’re complete.
From there, we’ll make sure the vision you have for your printed / embroidered shirts is the same as ours. The first step to ensuring that is for us to create a work-order for you to review and approve. If any of the details are incorrect, like shirt quantity, or the sizing of the screenprint or embroidery, we can edit the print or product colors and other details until you’re happy. The main concern is getting the custom shirts printed exactly the way you want.
Once the work-order is ready to go, we collect a deposit and the order begins.

Our custom printed TShirt turnaround is usually 7 days (unless you’ve inquired about a rush order with our staff). For Embroidery it’s often another +3 days. Typically there’s an additional 1-4 business days needed for delivery depending on your distance from us. If you’re Ottawa local your TShirts are often in-hand in under 7 days!
If you’ve got an upcoming TShirt print job with a deadline under 10 days we recommend discussing it with staff to ensure there’s no stress and everything goes smoothly.

Unlike the screen-printing process, embroidery orders are priced based on stitch-count. If you’re looking for custom embroidered hats; hoodies, jackets tuques or dress shirts part of the pricing equation comes down to the stitch-count of your logo.

Expected order turnaround time has not slowed at all, however online shirt orders are the most convenient way to place orders.

The short answer is yes to all of that, but the public release of rates, structure and T-shirt fulfillment app store is determined on a case by case basis.
We will be able to wholesale, warehouse and fulfill orders (not just t-shirts but printed sweater orders, dress shirts, golf shirts, leggings) at reduced rates.
We will also offer DTG and print on demand orders at increased rates.
We can fulfill a number of different items, even blank t-shirts to your customers.
Much less common and certainly more expensive than usual, but customers can come to us to start a clothing line entirely from scratch.
We’re not talking about a service like indochino, but if you’re doing a clothing line we can create garments from scratch in bulk and do custom labeling and ship them out to customers as they’re ordered.
In terms of the raw manufacturing of the original blank t-shirt, we can do that here in Canada or overseas. It’s up to you.
