Manufacture has updated its security in 2021 which does not allow us to repair devices remotely any more. Some devices we can downgrade to 2020 or older security and perform online repair however, that's not possible to all models as manufacture has blocked downgrade or rollback. Currently those devices are only supported in person.
In order to mail in or drop in person make sure your device has following requirements completed:-
- Device must be completely reset as all information will be erased in this process.
- Device must have USB debugging enabled if you are not sure how to do that check the video below or contact the online tech from the chat.
